Brashear drew the number 3 seed and faced number 2 Schuyler County in district softball Thursday. The Lady Tigers took a 1-0 in the top of the 2nd only to have Schuyler score 2 runs in the bottom of the 2nd. Brashear added 3 more in the 3rd to take a 4-2 lead, but saw that slip away as Schuyler scored a run in the 4th and another in the 5th to tie the game at 4-all. Brashear finally scored two more in the top of the 7th for a 6-4 win. Haley Mcnamar had 3 hits for Brashear, Hannah Grissom had 2, and Aubrey Borgmeyer, Sierra Snyder, Kynleith White, Alexa Borgmeyer, and Callie Althide also had hits. Alexa Borgmeyer picked up the win, scattering 6 hits, and striking out 6.
